My opel corsa broke down and subsequently the whole engine had to be replaced this left me with a situation whereby I was stranded and did not have a vehicle to utilised especially for going to work and taking my kids to school, however I was rescued by the Branch manager Mr Erasmus from this predicament even though he did not have any available car to loan me he actually sacrificed a workshop bakkie for me and I just want to express my sincere gratitude as I am not used to this level of customer service where someone goes beyond what their job entails in order to give you a hand of assistance, indeed this was a breath of fresh air!!
