18 May: I bring my Bike to Donford from Cape Town cause there is a sound in the engine between the rev ranges 4000 and 8000 and im concerned my bike may be damaged cause its less that two weeks old. John Car and the Mechanic test ride my bike ans both confirm there is a sound which is ver annoying. none the less i take my bike home as im told not to worry cause its probably a flap in the exhaust.
19 May: i ride 400km and im so so frustrated with that sound, im concentrating so much on it im not enjoying the ride and concerned for my safety. this isn't the bmw experience.
20 May: i take off the morning at work and ride my bike from Cape Town to Donford cause im so frustrated at the noise. I schedule the bike in with you to have it looked at.
21 May: Cindi (My girlfriend) calls for an update and does not receive one
22 May: Cindi (My girlfriend) calls for an update and does not receive one
23 May: Cindi (My girlfriend) calls for an update and does not receive one, i then decided to call and you said the mechanic had relooked the bike but the "head mechanic" was still required to look.
My Bike is less than two weeks old, no effort at looking into the confirmed problem
