I bought the Kessel Motors service voucher on Groupon - I had my car serviced on Monday (26 August 2013). I collected my car after work and all was fine. on Wednesday as i'm driving home, I hear a strange metal sound coming from my back wheel. driving on Vanguard I decide to pull over and check it out. I can't seem to find anything wrong and manage to drive to Mitchell's plain and I stopped at the nearest garage. the petrol attendant came to assistant me and we still couldn't find the problem. A guy then approached me and ask if he could help and i explain to him I'm hearing a funny sound near my back wheel. as he's checking the wheel and all, he decides to take my hubcap off - and to our surprise one of the bolts on the wheel was laying in the hubcap and another was loose. he tighten it up for me again. I went back to Kessel motors on Thursday and spoke to Ashley and he asked one of the guys to check my wheels again.
I'm really disappointed and upset about this whole ordeal. anything could've have happened. my wheel could've fallen off or it could have buckled - I could've been in a major accident because of this. I will not go back to them again
