My car was booked in for repairs for december and was asked to pay in my axcess, which i did, around the 11dec 2012 i was notified that they have started with the repairs. and as of the quatation that i got from Net Assist prior it said that the repair will take up to 18 working days. but it was never that way. i got a call on the 4/5 feb 2013 adviced that the car will be done by the 11feb or latest will be 11 feb, it still never happened. i went to their body shop on the 14th only to find that it was all a lie, the car still needs up to 2more weeks and was assured that it will be done by the 28feb. i called them on the 25th to remind them that i will be collecting my vehicle on the 28th, koos (quality controller) then said he cant commit as to when will the car be done. i'm feeling so devastated, i im also puzzelled y is King Price not making any follow up on my vehicle as i call them now and then and they always promise to come back to me but they fail. so i don't know who else to contact.
