Poor Service Delivery

While driving to work, I experienced difficulties with the clutch. Upon driving further, I realised that my clutch had completely given up. The tow-truck immediately took it Zenex Bosch Garage in Berea as we do our mandatory services with them. We were told that our fly wheel, cluth & pressure plate was worn out. We had no choice but to replace it which cost us around R10 000. Upon receiving the vehicle we now found it extremely difficult to change gears. We have sent it back numerous times /- 8 days, and everytime its the same. What time of Mickey Mouse operation are they running? It is absolutely pathetic and disgusting for an RMI approved garage to be doing this. Today (27.02.2013) the car went in AGAIN, and was contacted now saying maybe the selector is worn out. Couldn't they pick this up before? Are they not capable of performing a job 100%. I am not prepared to spend anymore money in this hole. If this problem is not resolved asap I am forced to take this up with an attorney. And I will also report this matter and George and his team to Consumer Watch which will be heard on air. I am extremely angry as we dont have a car during the day because its at their garage AGAIN!!!
