My rent for February hasnt been paid even though Im supposed to have rent secure in place. I try to find out whats going on but Melanie Hall never gets back to me. I have to keep calling back and she is never avaibable and never returns my call. I have been a client with Justletting for 3 years, with no previous problems until now that I'm dealing with Melanie. My renewal of rental agrreement and rent secure documents were forwarded on the 26th of January 2013, and to date i have not recieved my rent for February. Why hasnt rentsecure paid my rent. If Melanie was late in processing my documents, there is no reason for me bearing the consequences of her doings. I just want my rent paid on time and this was the only reason that i gave my property to justletting to lookafter.By the way justletting has a customer service, when you call them they take your details and tell you they will get back to you, they never do.
