Poor service and no control over their deliveries

I have booked a collection in Pretoria and delivery to Standard Bank in Johannesburg. Delivery should have been by Friday 30 August, needless to say today is the 3rd of September and still no delivery. I have had a couple of promises that it would have been delivered before 9AM this morning, it is now 12h20 and still nothing. Although address clearly stated the Building name (Standard Bank Centre) and the street address, the driver could not find. I was never informed and if I didn't enquire would not even know that delivery did not take place. Globeflight informed me that they cant track their driver's (can also not get hold of him on the cell phone) so they don't know where he is and where the documents are. Not sure if this is good management practises for a company specialising in logistics. There is no guarantee that your parcel will be delivered. I trusted them with important documents which had to be delivered by a certain time. I am now sitting with egg on my face. Will never use them again because they are unreliable.
