MY NEW HYUNDAI...
Car Fault 1 - A week later, temp. and engine light faulty.
Hyundai response - bring car in for a check up. Nothing faulty.
Car Fault 2 - Another week later, temp. light persists.
Hyundai response 2 - bring car in again. Booked in this time. Kept car for THREE days - with of course no communication from branch to me. Switch replaced. Factory fault was reason given.
Car Fault 3 - Arrived at home after picking car up from service, and what did I find? The service book of an owner of a Hyundai i20 - from Malmesbury - in my car! Mine was obviously no where to be found.
Hyundai response 3 - sorry about the error. Will make an arrangement to collect incorrect book and will deliver mine. Its been a MONTH, Hyundai is nowhere to be found. And I gladly am the owner of a Hyundai i20 since I still have the poor Malmesbury guy's service book!
Car Fault 4 - low and behold, my CD player slot cranks up- after just using it ONCE!
Hyundai response 4 - albeit, Paarden Eiland branch was trying to help, my entire audio unit has been removed and to discover my hazards are no longer and i have a big black hole on my dash!
Me wondering... HAVE I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW CAR?!
