I am reporting poor poor poor customer service received from Anthony, Jan and other staff members at Huyndai Alberton. I purchased my car on 1 August 2012, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A SPARE KEY FOR THE VEHICLE! I have phoned and visited Hyundai Alberton numorous times over the past 7 months and have received tons of excuses and promises, and ZERO results. They don't return phone calls or let me know what's happening. When I just spoke to Jan about my concerns, he was rude and impatient. I expect sincere understanding and cooperation as I am not the culprit here! This is just ridiculous. NEVER again will I purchase a Hyundai. Product Quality means nothing without Customer Service Excellence.
