I purchased a new Spitzer from your branch in Goodwood and had it delivered, when I tried to start it the first time around, it didn't start up at all, struggled for a good few hours to get it up and running.
After that I tried to ride it, engine cuts out and the idle speed was inconsistent in all regards, keeping the throttle stable at one position will result in fluctuations in rev-count. It was necessary to keep it at 3000rpm minimum or it will 'cough' and cut out again.
Among the problems, a horrendous 'squeak' developed about 2 days after receiving the bike coming from the rear swing-arm/suspension, the chain was very slack (about 30-40mm of play) and the rear brake required way too much force to engage.
A week later I took it back and had it sorted out. They promised me that it will be fixed and that I won't have problems after that. After waiting 3 days to get it back, the rear brake worked, the squeak was gone, the chain was nice and tense, however the idle speed and consistency was still not up to par.
I bought a new bike, if I had known it was going to be so distasteful to take it back every week and sit without transport I honestly would not have chosen Motomia.
