My car went to MB E/R two weeks ago for collapsed front shock replacement.
Since then this high performance low milage car is parked outside in the hot sun and rain awaiting the go ahead from the insurance - even though I gave the go-ahead for the repairs while I sort out the Insurance.
Ismail tels me the parts are in stock. When I asked him again, he said they are waiting for the parts!! He promised to call me. To date I have yet to receive a SINGLE call from him.
I went there again this morning (Saturday 12/01) after I sent them an e-mail and fax regarding this matter. I wanted to speak to the director/manager/principal but was only directed to an arrogant little man with a 'who the k are you' attitude who claimed to be the 'man in charge here'.
Well if my car is in the hands of individuals like this, I can only see BIG problems and arguments ahead. This business is part of the Imperial Group - and it shows - customer care went out the window while profits are being chased.
What happened to the 'customer is always right policy?? I don't claim to be right but if you are taking my money - and LOTS of it - can I at least get value for it and a few courtesy calls please
