I took my car in yesterday to have a look at parts that need to be checked & was told it needed to be ordered. Not a problem I can wait. I locked open my car & they took the plastic off and I saw my drivers seat had a tear in in. I went to report this & was told they didn't do it. The Mechanic came out and the cleaner to say they didn't do it. I don't care who did it. I just wanted a solution to the problem on how they will fix it. The guy then said he'll write it on the piece of paper then walked off. I've been happy with most of the service so far but this is something I just wanted a solution to. Not a blame game. It is really that hard to say okay, we are sorry and this is how we can fix this.
