Took my Merc C280 to Silverstar to be repairer
They about the progress of the car.
They never return phone calls.
Upon receipt of the car we found that there was a whole list of thing wring, e.g. Roof lining had NO clips installed.
The rear seat of the car had also been installed wrongly. THE ONLY REASON someone would need to remove the back seat is to gain access to the electric fuel pump to petrol!!
The front right side of my cars suspension had been damaged. The car made a funny noise, i took it to a merc dealership only to discover that the parts that had been replaced didnt even have their NUTS fastened!! Some parts that needed replacing had not ever been claimed!
Every single piece of black plastic has been scratched when they sanded the car, some have had their clips broken.
I have warned everyone i know NEVER to take any of their vehicles to silverstar.
