Good customer care/service

On the 20th February I visited Leo Haese Centurion just for a window shopping. I looked at one of Bmw on the floor and after two minutes this guy was in front of me greeting me and asking"how can I help you sir". Just window shopping was my reply. He asked me few questions and asked what I m driving. I told him and asked me if I have just few minutes and I said yes and he explain their products. At the end he asked me if I wouldn't mind taking a test drive with him. We took a round and you can understand that he knows about this car the way he explained and demonstrated it to me. I m not a Bmw fan but I end up seeing it from a different angle. I didn't even realised that I missed coffee there because of this guy, s good service. Normally at other dealers they ll give you coffee and a poor service. I say keep up with your good service. Service there is good. He arranged a car while I wait another guy asked me if I have been helped and i told him I m waiting for J.P and he called him and told me he is organising car for me for test drive. Service there is stunning. Keep it up. With
