Poor service delivery re scheduled car service

My car (Hyundai Getz) was booked well in advance for the 60000km service at the Hyndai service centre in Menlyn. Due to the nature of my work I rely on collegues to transport me when my car is unavailable. On 20/02/13 I dropped my car off at the service centre at 06h45. At 15h00 I received a call saying they are still busy with the service of my car and it will only be ready at 17h00, they did not have oil and had to wait for the delivery, thus delaying the service. they stated that the car was already washed and they only waited for the oil to finish the service. My collegue dropped me off at 16h00 after work. When the Gina (receptionist) saw me she said thay haven't started with the service of my car, they are very behind, I have to wait. At 18h00 I received my car - part of the service was not done and the car was not washed. I told Gina that she said the car was already washed, all she said was "shame, you will probably never use this service centre again". All I wanted was the service delivery they promised, of which I did not receive 100%. Unfortunately I will have to use this service centre again as it is the most convenient between my home and work.
