Incompetent Salesman and Bad Service

In December 2012 I took the Kia Picanto for a test drive and noted to Driaan that I will be contacting him in January 2013 to order a Kia Picanto.

In January 2013 I went to see Driaan and noted that I want to order the Kia Picanto as previously stated. After a week of not getting back to me, I eventually phoned Driaan and suggested to him that I will come in and sign a OTP then he can order the car for me. (I suggested this...)

He kept on promising me that he is hard busy searching for a car and that he secured a Kia Picanto on the shipment that was coming into the country on 25 January 2013. On 28 January 2013 I once again had to phone to follow up. Driaan promised me that on 13 February 2013 I would be able to take delivery of my new car because it takes a few days to get the car from the ship yard and have to fit the cruise control like I ordered.

On 8 February 2013 I (once Again) phoned Driaan to make sure that everything is fine for delivery on 13 February 2013. He was not in so I sent him a email.

On 12 February 2013 the Sales Manager phoned me to inform me that he was not even aware of my car and cant get me the model I'm looking for. I'm utterly appauled by such service
