I had issues with Classic when they did my removal and grossly overcharged, but since I had put my goods in storage with them, I had to keep quiet. I moved my goods out of storage on 8.2.13, having to give 72 hours notice and being forced to pay for a full 2 weeks storage. Then AFTER I had booked and paid for my truck and staff, I was told they charge 30% extra on Saturdays and 60% on Sundays on their handling fee of R399, 00 per hour, even though this is NOT IN THEIR CONTRACT! The storage facility had no signage, was blocked by heavy Executive Rollback trucks and my items were in the back of the unit, and I could not get access to them. There were huge stacks of plastic items in front of my items, so MY staff had to move that out of the way before I could get to my items, and MY staff had to duck under the heavy truck or treck around it to move my goods. It took half an hour but Classic refuse to refund me the extra I had to pay my staff to do their job, and for the extra half hour I paid them for. They are the most disgusting people I have dealt with in regard to removals, with the attitude of forcing you to pay up front more money than they are entitled to.
