I have a 90 000km service plan. My vehicle has 42000 kms on the moment - I book it in last week for a service today at Suzuki Midrand - where I had my previous service early when I had to take my car in for replacement of a faulty part that the vehicle was recalled for. I got a call to say that Suzuki has declined my 45000 service as I should have had the vehicle serviced last August - I say I wasn't aware of that, Haman replied I should of read my service book. I asked why I wasn't told by Suzuki Midrand I needed a service in August, Haman says they don't know why not, its something I must complain to the dealer about. So I have wasted an entire morning with Suzuki. Shocking service. NEVER BUY SUZUKI!!!
