Dont care attitude of dealership despite complaing

I had bought a Corsa Lite (2008) about a year ago from above dealership. I have problems with car relating to use in rainy days. each time i reported i was told, after first check up, that nothing was wrong. The car was not booked in to have a complete thorough check. Each time i told the abve sales person I am bringing car in it was not booked in by her. My daughter drove the car on assumption that nothing was wrong. also the clutch started to give problems and we were told that the warranty does not cover wear and tear. we were also told to do a service on 90000 km. i found this strange as the car should have been serviced when we bought it at 81000 km. When i enquired i was told it was done. On checking the service book there was no dealer stamp stating that the car was serviced before leaving the showroom floor.
In addition to the Corsa purchase i had also purchased a Toyota Yaris 2010 over a year ago. i have had a blowing noise coming from the exhaust it was checked on my first service but then again I was told that nothing was wrong. the fan belt is also loose and all they did was apply q20 and there is still a problem. i did complain to the manager via email. i got no joy.
