Poor service

My partner and i were looking for a car to purchase at bmw cedar isle. A salesperson by the name of Steven helped us, g.e did not give in our paper work and when we called to find out how things were going we were told the car had been sold and that Steven had let bmw. We then dealt with John. At first he was very effient, he did things on time then when it was time to deliver the car he always had an excuse. We haven't heard from John. We don't know what is going on with the car we were suppose to recieve last week. This is not on. We have been taken for a ride by bmw. We have now written a letter of complaint to the General Manager and she hasn't gotten the ball rolling.. What a disgrace to bmw. Such pwoor services delivery from such an establish brand
