We bought a second hand golf at Steven Johnson. The place where you feel like family instead of a customer. Steven said if we were unhappy about absolutely anything we were welcome to bring the car in. I took the car in a week later. They had friendly staff drop me at work both days that I took my car in (Sean and Elton). The first day I asked for small things to be done, but to my delight they replaced the tail light, fixed the wiper motor and a few other small things. A week later I took my car in for the radio. Again they had friendly staff drop and pick me up at work. At 3 in the afternoon Deidre called to say that they are done and had replaced my radio with a brand new one. I was ecstatic. They also fixed the left speaker and put a neat arial on which was not at all necessary. My wheel allignment was a bit out and they sent my car to place who printed out a report and fixed the allignment. I cant thank them enough. My second hand car is now brand new at no extra's costs.
