CONCERNING THE CUSTOMER WHO PLACED A COMPLAINT. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW WITH NO RESPONSE!!

YOUR OVEN IS REPAIRED AND WHILE WE DO ACCEPT THAT THE GOODS WHERE DAMAGED WE USE A TRANSPORT COMPANY TO DELIVER OUR GOODS WHAT YOU FAIL TO REALISE THAT IT IS COMPANY POLICY THAT IT IS INCUMBANT UPON THE RECEIVER OF THE GOODS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEM IN QUESTION WAS RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER! ONCE A CUSTOMER ENDORSES A WAYBILL THAT HE HE HAS RECEIVED THE ITEM THE COURIER COMPANY WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AS FAR AS DAMAGES GO. WE THEREFORE STILL INCURRED THE COST OF BRINGING THE UNIT BACK IN ORDER TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AMMICABLY. WE SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS WE HAVE NOT COMMITED ANY CRIME NEITHER HAVE WE BEEN NEGLIGENT OR DEFRAUDED YOU OR YOUR PARISH IN ANY WAY!
