Recently had to have a vehicle repair done in the Natal Midlands, but a part was not available to complete the repair. It was telephonically arranged for Suzuki Pinetown to effect the repairs when part available and shipped directly to Pinetown branch. We were called for the repair but it was the wrong parts. Suzuki Pinetown took trouble and effort to ensure that eventually we were sorted out, and no work was done in their workshop at all. This is how dealerships should work- complimenting each other instead of being in competition with each other.
