I called the Willard call centre and Brian called me back within 10 minutes to meet me to replace my battery. He arrived within 45 minutes of his call to me, was very courteous, friendly and super efficient. It was such a pleasure to deal with him! I received a call from the call centre to make sure that my query was attended to and I thought that that was a wonderful way to end the interaction with a company who clearly values their customers and puts a lot of effort into customer service! Well done! I will not hesitate to recommend your services or use them again.
