Shocking overall service experience

My car was recently booked in for a service and then returned with the same fault. I had to send it back to find out that I was right and the clutch cable was faulty. I am not a mechanic but got charged over R1000 for a service which did not fix the initial problem on the clutch. Quality services is what I was promised. Car was return last week Wednesday and was suppose to be returned to me on Thursday, Today is Tuesday and I still have not received my car which Hyundai has had for almost a week with no replacement car. I have had to follow up 4 times to get updates on when the car will be ready and why I have not been informed. This really is one of the most shocking experiences in terms of customer service I have ever received. Why can't Hyundai call to update customers and ensure that cars that are returned due to bad service quality are monitored more closely. If there was an award for the worst customer service and general service to a motor vehicle then Hyundai would be number one!!! well done on your overall shocking customer service and general quality service. I am suppose to travel tomorrow and don't have my car as promised.
