Sales people unwilling to assist

I Grant Cilliers went to Bellville Kia to enquire about a Rio. There is Rio vechiles on the floor, but NOBODY even tries to assist and says vechiles is out of stock. I just want explanation of features in this type of cars etc. But nobody seems interested. I am interested between this Kia Rio and the competition which is the Hyhundai I20.This is the 2nd time that I am treeated like this in your Bellville branch.
