I am completely annoyed with the service I have received from liquid capital.
On 3 occasion I have not been able to take my car in for service as I am told my account is an arrears.
I have given them my banking details as well as the date in which my account can be debited.
I fail to understand why this is still not added to the system
I was called by liquid capital in May this year as I was told I was in arrears, AGAIN, I took the time to make sure they had my details, all was confirmed and a date set again.
6 Months later and i'm experiencing the same issue.
I need my car to be service today and I cannot keep having the same issues each time.
This is incompetence at its best.
I do not want to find myself blacklisted just because people cannot do their job properly.
I have not received a single call since then from liquid capital enquiring about payment mot made.
This is no way to treat customers, this is utterly embarrassing and time consuming and if I cannot be helped I will move my business elsewhere
