DISGUSTING SASOL FERNGATE / DAINFERN

I went to fill up, as I do every week, probably filling up at least 6 times a month, and numerous car washes.

When I paid by card, an SMS was sent to my phone from my bank saying paid. The attendant had removed my card too quickly, so apparently was not paid to them. The attendant then wanted to swipe my card again. I said it had shown on my phone as paid so I asked him to check and see if it shows inside.

This manager then comes out and says I MUST pay again and to check I must go take a statement from the ATM. I stood in a queue and did the statement and it hadn't deducted. I then went to the counter and paid.

I said that this was a waste time and there is always something wrong at the garage, coffee machine not working, no cups, ATM off line, NO FUEL (staff say the bill isn't paid) etc. At no time did I raise my voice UNTIL...

This manager turns to the attendant and says "THIS MAN is SWEARING AT ME".

I then lost it, (still no swearing), and said "How dare you, I have not raided my voice nor sworn at you, this is disgusting, attacking my character"

NO APOLOGY? Just RUDE

This is the last time I use this garage, let alone ANY SASOL.

BP BROADACRES will have my business now
