We asked for the car to be filled up and as we left, we had to turn back because no fuel was put into the car.
Went back and first showed the petrol attendant that the car is still empty. He referred it to the manager and he said we must go drive around more and it will come right.
We then requested to speak to somebody else. The owner first ignored us and went on with his business. After about 10 min he came to our vehicle and we showed him the problem and he said that it is not his problem and we have to go to head office.
After about 15 min of arguing with him, we requested that he shows when the machines was last calibrated. He screamed at us and said that his machines get calibrated twice a week. We asked if we could see it and he shouted NO!
After about another 10 mins of further arguing with him and explaining to him that this is totally unfair, he shouted that he does not need our money and said that he will fill the car again.
We will not return or put in fuel at another Sasol garage ever. It is a shame.
Everybody please take care that this does not happen to them and to avoid Sasol garage in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth.
