I went to sign on the 31/01/2013 without having a change to test drive the vehicle (2004 BMW 530D A/T) as I am from Pta however Toni the salemans ensured me his vehicle is as good as new and it's not necessary. So I signed in good faith and on my way to Pretoria the vehicles revs start jumping and the car started to shake as if all 4 wheels flat. I though I am never goinh to make home??? When I got home I immediatelly phoned Toni told him about the problem and said I want the contract cancelled and the car fetched! He said it will be done. Being disabled I went the entire weekend with a car that won't drive and they only fetched the vehicle on Tuesday. In the meanwhile the Bank phoned me and congratulated me on my new vehicle, thus Craig the F&I still went and handed in the contract after we agreed it would be cancelled and my R10000 deposit paid back. I took the vehicle to BMW and they said this cars gearbox is done and their is many faults on the vehicle. Mark the owner refuses to cancel the contract and told Toni to phone me yesterday to tell me they would send me a lend car! As of now nothing, I want my deposit back and the deal cancelled as the afterservice trully are bad!!!
