THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE

I bought a car 1 December 2012 the same day I left on my 5 week vacation. Colin took my details and the contract and everything else would be signed electronically. I requested that all the other paperwork, registration etc are done during the time that I am on leave so that I can just pick up the car when I return from leave. Well during my leave I was requested numerous times by Colin to please go online and complete the contract and get the deal signed. Eventually I got time and did so. When I returned to collect the car 7 January 2013, the registration and numberplates was not done, the car was not clean and the fuel was on ZERO. Colin said that he will arrange that I get the numberplates by Wednessday as this was the last day I was still on leave before returning to work. Wednessday came and this was then prolongend to Thusday. Its now Friday and still nothing. I was not even issued with a temporary permit from the dealer. Whenever my new number plates are ready I do not know, Then I will HAVE to be inconvinianced further to go a get it and then fit it, EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD have been done during the 5 weeks that I was on leave. I will MAKE SURE That I tell EVERYONE of THIS!
