SMG DURBAN CONSTANT CUSTOMER ABUSE

1 1/2 years ago I purchased a second hand 320 from SMG BMW through Ian Greg and Trevor Meyer. this car went in for oil leaks 5 days after taking delivery. It continued to go in for different leaks for 12 months until the heads blew 1000 odd km out of motor plan. BMW said it was my problem and I needed to fit the bill. This meant I had a vehicle that was worth 30k odd and a year previous to that I had paid 170k. We ended up settling on R95k which was way under book value as long as I bought the new 320i F30 this was in August last year. It is now January and this vehicle has major faults with its computer system. Windscreen wipers turn on themselves, the automatic stop start does not work as well as the Bluetooth. One morning the cars whole system decided it wanted to all be in German. I took it in to be reset on its 1st service the day I picked it up not 1 problem had been rectified. I have asked Trevor Meyer for my money Back that I put in which was R85k he has offered me R30k that means I have lost R55k in less than 5 months. It's is disgusting that customers be robbed like this. I have asked for numerous answers without anything back. I hope if u thinking of buying a BMW u dont
