After nearly 2 years still no resolve

After purchasing a Huyndai H100 in March 2011 we requisted on numerous occations that the anti hijacking system be activeted but to no avail. We the last service the head office contacted us in regards to the service and we yet again complaint about the service. we were told that they will look into the matter but as of yet we had no response.
