Faulty Vehicle sold problems from day one

I purchased the vehicle last year and am having endless problems with it. Initially the mileage was not dropping and there was a noise from the windscreen. The windscreen was refitted by amateurs who damaged the inside and outside panels. The handbrakes barely work and when I asked them to adjust they said it will break. The wipers knock when you switch them on. The rear light has popped out. The exhaust is loose and when asked for it to be tightened sames story it has but they.

My latest problem is I am experiencing a charge battery error, which is misleading as it has been in previously for the same problem. Google shows me other people also with the same problem and it has to do with a programming error and the computer needs to be loaded with the latest software. I bought a petrol derivative but it sounds like a diesel.

No one is willng to listen as BMW says it is the dealers problem to provide a courtesy car and the dealer says BMW must provide the car. Utterly disgusted with customer services. BMW needs to change it moto to Baboon Motor Works. I will be insane to buy a BMW again.
