No delivery and call center put phone down'!!!

I have UNISA study material that was supposed to be delivered. it was dispatched on the 30th January 2013.
I am still waiting, apparently the one package was delivered which it was not!

Each time I call, they put me through to the UNISA consultant I have to wait 10 min then it goes engaged.
This happened 4 times in a row.

This is for honors studies, it is unacceptable service!
