COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS WERE MADE, I SENT MY BANK DETAILS THE NEXT DAY AS PER BELOW.

UP UNTIL TODAY, 10/01/2013, THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, THE REFUND IS AROUND R100.00, NOT R1000000.00.
I AM CONTINUOUSLY TOLD THE MATTER HAS BEEN REFERRED TO THE JHB BRANCH AND THAT SOMEONE FROM THERE WILL CONTACT ME. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY. THIS IS SO TYPICAL OF A BIG COMPANY, YOU ARE PUSHED AROUND HOPING IT WILL GO AWAY.
FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
MY PARCEL WASNT RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT WAS MADE, WHICH WAS DONE PROMPTLY.
