On arrival wrong details on Job card. Advised them its Absa (Innovation Group) service plan and that interior fan works for a few minutes, then cuts out. Arranged own transport and left. Got call from Phillip about 11am to say no feedback from technician yet and that he will call me back. Received call from Phillip about 4pm to say they could not complete the service and if I could pick the car up the next day. I then had to inconvenience my family as I am a shift worker, and use their vehicle. The next day I was told by Phillip that the fan needs replacing at a cost of R6500 and that I could try taking it to a private concern for repairs as they do not carry out repairs, but only replace. Picked up the car at 2pm and was told that the technician "did something" and the fan was now working and that it wont stop working. Before I could even leave the service yard, the fan had stopped again. I did not receive an invoice because apparently it takes a while because of the service plan to generate it. I am still waiting for it even after calling Phillip today, 11 Feb 13 at 0944. I also did not receive the old parts as per usual agreement on job card.
