3/10/12 my Scenic2 serviced. Driver's window not working properly. Was advised that they could not find anything wrong with it. Should re-look at it in Jan 2013 when the car was due for a cam-belt change. Back door now also not working. Service light on with warning 'check auto door locking'. Advised parts to be ordered from Jhbg & France. After 5 weeks with no feedback, I phoned over a 2 week period and left 5 unreturned calls for service adviser, 1 for service manager, 1 for DP. In frustration I contacted Renault SA Customer Service. Sparked a call from Luke de Bruyn advising part was there. Said 'pink slips' just needed to be filled in and I would be contacted within 48hrs to book car in the week before Easter. 3 wks ago I received a call from the parts department advising my parts are in stock and within 48hrs I would be contacted to book car in. To date I have not received that call. Second back door is now also not working. I am fistidious about looking after my vehicle. I wanted to service, sell and upgrade to Scenic3. I refuse to accept such poor service. Requesting other dealership to handle repair. Once car repaired I will be changing vehicle and brand.
