I contacted the AA call centre this afternoon after my car wouldn't start. The efficient call centre agent logged my call quickly, and showed genuine compassion towards me. After she had taken my details, she told me to expect a call from dispatch operator who would then give me an estimate of when the technician would arrive.
Within minutes, Doctor contact me and told me Tebogo would arrive in 30 minutes. Tebogo fought rush hour traffic in Randburg and made it on time. After conducting various tests, Tebogo advised me the car was not driveable and organised with the call centre for a flat bed to be sent out. Again, I received a call from the call centre to confirm the flat bed was on it's way and should reach me in 30 minutes. Phillip arrived promptly and expertly winched my injured GWM onto the trailer. Phillip delivered my car to the AA depot in Midrand safely and I was notified by email of this.
