I was browsing online for a Mercedes for. Found one advertised on Auto Trader. Called the Bedfordview branch to enquire. Nathi informed us he would have to check if the car was still avaiable and would get back to us in a few minutes. We called at 9:00am and till now, 4:08pm, we have not heard from him. I called back an hour later and spoke to David. After answering his phone, he told me he was busy and he would call me back. I said I would prefer to speak to someone who could help me right away as I had not been called back by Nathi I was put through to a very efficient receptionist who got someone to call me within 5 minutes. Mathilda was extremely helpful. She explained they had many branches and she would check if the car was available and where it was. She then called me back after checking and informed me that there were no stock controllers on duty over the weekend so she would call me on Monday I told her we really wanted to see the car today. I asked that she call all the dealers and let me know. She did this and phoned me with the info. We purchased the car at East Rand Mall from Max. Had it not been for Mathilda no sale would have been made. I hope she gets rewarded.
