I would like to tell the world about the excellent service I received from Mercedes Benz!
My father in law asked me to take his Mercedes in for a service. I did so and had to keep the car with me while they fixed the radio. I left the parking light on for the whole weekend and found a completely flat battery.
I phoned the people at Wonderboom branch where they serviced the car, and the manger gave me the 24h call center no. I phoned at about 20h and had a guy come te me within 30min. 2 Minutes later the car was running and it cost me nothing!
That's what I call superb service, and it convinced me to look no further than Mercedes Benz next time I buy a car!
I might as well add that the service I received when I took the car in was also excellent! Those people know what they do, and it's always a pleasure working with them.
