It is now the fourth week that I am without a car. As I see it, Club Motors is responsible for gross neglect on their part - why did they make an appointment for my car to be brought in on 14 January, when they still had a backlog of cars since December? They could have told me to bring it in February - the car had only slight fender damage.
I am also sure that the Insurer advised them of the kind of repairs that was needed, so they could have ordered the right-hand fender in advance to have it ready when my car arrived at their workshop. How is it possible that the replacement of one fender can take 4 weeks?
Please explain to me why I had to be traumatised in this way? I find it grossly unacceptable.
