I sent my car to the car service City in centurion to get the clutch replaced.
I was told the process including the parts would cost me R5900 which I then requested to purchase the parts myself and Hugo said he would charge me R2000 for the labour. I managed to get the parts for R1500 and took to Hugo on 13/06/2013. I was told that the car would be ready by saturday 15/06/2013. I awaited a call to be updated as to what was happening with my car and after not recieving any feedback I called Hugo. He then said that the mechanic is still busy with my car and he will call me to let me know whats happeing. At 12:35 I called Hugo back as he did not call me. He then said that there is still a lot of work to be done and the car will only be ready by 18/06/2013. After this
As i drove my car home I noticed there was an unusal noise that sounded like metal grinding against metal.
Also as i drove the car on the Highway after 60kms/h the car started shuddering to a point where the car felt like it was going to fall apart.
I called Hugo and told him he said to bring it im and he will sort it out which still hasn't been sorted out.
