I bought a car from peugeot, verineeging and collected it on the 27th october 2012..on the 27th dec I called peugeot to come fetch the car because it was difficult to select gears, and it had a verry funny sound when driving..they came and the car was sent to the glen peugeot..I was called on the 28th dec to sign some documents before they can start diagnosing and repairing the car..I went the same day to sign the papers I therefore requested a curtesy car. I was supprice when they told me that they don't have..on the 31st they called me again that the car has a problem with gearbox and the engineers will only be open on the 7th January 2013..curtesy car was requested and I was told again that they don't have a curtesy car..I called them again on the 10 january 2013, my car stil not fixed despite the engineers opened on the 7th..I requested the curtesy car again it was no available..I called a lady by the name Penelope from their customer service. I had to call her about 4 times before she could even investigate my case.eventually she called and said to me that the pegueot policy does not give curtesy car to a reparable car..I wa shocked!!
