PCM (Computer box faulty)

My car was towed to the dealer on the 11th of January in the evening for repairs only to find that the PCM was faulty. They placed the order for a new PCM which costs almost R4850 since the the PCM was never received and they told me it was a back order. The problem is that they do not keep me updated and i've been complaining to the manager and the manager promised to come back to me but never did, in six weeks time i complained to the dealer and the dealer promised that he would come with a response but never did, they have holding my car for almost 7 weeks now and im struggling with transport and they refuse to offer me a curtesy car now im phoning around to see if i cannot find myself a new or second hand PCM.Last week wednesday i was told that my car's PCM has been sent for repairs but i have received nothing further about the progress. Please help because i have already payed the full amount but i am not receiving any positive feedback and i keep wondering whether this problem is going to persist and will i keep struggling because im not being taken seriously and im spending too much for transport, if they cannot repair my car they can give my money and my car back not give excuse
