I bought a new car from Westvaal Renault Mahikeng in December 2024. On 02 June 2025 it just couldn't start without warning or sign of malfunction. It was towed to Renault Mahikeng the same day. Till today 29 June 2025 I have not received any update on the car. No call, no SMS, no email. Nothing. I tried calling a few times but my call is not picked up by the workshop. Tracker shows the car is just sitting at Renault Mahikeng premises without being attended to. I don't know how long it's going to be there because they are not communicating at all. The frustration of paying for a car that I'm not using during this cold weather.
