I received a call from an Auto Pedigree agent, whom I informed that my credit score wasn't good at the moment. She first said we should wait until the 14th of November 2024. The date passed, and she called us again. I told her the same thing, and she said they would assist me and not to worry. I sent my details together with my husband's, and from that day on, we were after her because she never gave us feedback.

I called the N1 City branch, where I spoke to another agent who advised that we did not qualify for the finance. I asked if they had opened my credit report, and she said yes. My issue is that they opened my credit report without my consent, and no one inquired if this was acceptable. On top of that, I confirmed with her regarding my credit score, and she said they would assist us. She misled us into completing the application without giving us full information to make an informed decision. Worse, she is not helpful anymore since we were not useful to her pocket. What a shame, Auto Pedigree!
