Cancellation of deal

On the following grounds:

1. I wanted to buy the 1 series not the 3 series.

2. Deal on 3 series was conducted on the understanding that I will get insurance of R999 of the bmw.

3. Absa failed to give me the exact figure of how much it will cost 8%-I had incorrectly under estimated.

4. Bad service from BMW

1. Refused to grant me car to go Rusternburg-I had to drive a faulty car to Rusternburg

2. I had to escalate the problem to get them to fix my car-which was not fixed correctly and still making noises from the rear wheel.

3. On Tuesday BMW refused to give me a lift to my destination after hours of waiting finaly decide to walk out and my Mom gave me a lift

5. The car has a problem with making funny noises and still not fixed.

6. I requested Year model of the car to be 2013 - thats why I took delivery in 2013.

7. I was not given a test drive. It consumes too much petrol than what I was looking for.-i had to rely on stats on the bmw site but they were nothing compared to what I drive like...

8. Salesman used leverage over me. Because I wanted to sell my car. He used the fact that if I dont sign the deal now, next year it will be worth l
