On the 29th January 2022 my car was involved in an accident, 2 weeks later my insurance instructed Paramount to fix the damages. I have only received this information from my insurance as Paramount never bothered to call and let me know that they have my car. On the 18th I then called and was transferred to this lady that deals with Discovery Insurance claims. I introduced myself and asked for the turnaround times she advised me that the latest that I should have my car will be the 10th of March 2022. I then informed her that the car rental I have is only for a month will they be able to assist me with a courtesy vehicle till completion date and she said no. Did not hear any feedback nothing end of February I called to request progress, the same lady answers and tells me that they have not yet even received parts for repairs for our vehicle and rudely tells me " there is nothing she can do". I took her back to our conversation and she didn't care she told me your insurance knows. I called my insurance and they then said they can only give me few days extension for the hired vehicle I have.
Today I called again and poured my heart and nicely informed this lady that I have to work with that car as my Renta agreement has expired and she was worse than the other day. She told me there's nothing she can do I can tell me story to someone which she transferred me to and the telephone was never picked up.
My question is us this the standard of service that every client receives or she just feels she owes me no explanation. Are they approved to fix my car model or what? How can this type of behavior be allowed by companies. What happened to customer service? Why insurances refer their clients to such a place? This women should not be working with people. Not a single day I was rude to her.
I will not stop until something is done I will go to all platforms with this abuse. Enough is enough
