My vehicle was driven by my fiance in the time that I went away for work. I informed first for Women that I will be working away from home and that my fiance who is a designated driver on the vehicle will be driving the vehicle in my abscence. On me leaving my vehicle in his care, he had an accident writing the vehicle off. My fiance could not get hold of me as I was in a meeting and he got a tow truck to have the vehicle removed to a safe place. I did not have first for women stickers on my vehicle as I never received any pack by mail but rather by email from the insurance. I had to pay the tow truck myself to release my vehicle to First for Women with no refunbd. During the assessment period I had a call from a male, who interogated me to a point that I could not handle it anymore that I told him to STOP interogating me as I was not involved in the accident. I have been abused by First for Women, they are not "first for women" they get male interogators to abuse innocent women. They further rejected to pay for the written off veh & tell me that I enjoyed the Policy having claims valued at 96000 and premiums valued at 21000. They tell me I am high risk & I dont qualify for insurance.
